Sexual abuse by teachers, coaches, and school staff is becoming more and more transparent as teacher and school accountability becomes valued by the public. All too often, local and national news sources report on teachers, T.A.’s, school coaches, or other school staff members engaging is sexually abusive relationships with underaged students who attend the schools. The regularity of occurrence of child molestation in schools has been increased by the use of digital media and communications.

The DeMarco Law Firm is constantly researching precedents and case law surrounding child sexual abuse by teachers and in schools. Below is a running list of names of school employees who have been either accused or convicted of charges related to child sexual abuse.
