FONTANA, CA–Detectives from the Fontana Police Department’s Internet Crimes Against Children (ICAC) Task Force identified a subject named Keh-Tai Culbreath (30) who was distributing child pornographic videos over the internet while residing in the City of Fontana. During the investigation, Detectives discovered that Culbreath had moved to the City of Lake Elsinore.
Culbreath was arrested by FPD’s ICAC Task Force during the service of a search warrant at his residence (15000 Block of Grand Ave. Lake Elsinore, CA 92530). A search of his electronic storage devices revealed hundreds of child pornographic videos and images. Culbreath was booked into the FPD and later transported to the WVDC.
Culbreath was found to be a part-time teacher at Tesoro High School located in Orange County. Anyone with further information are asked to contact Detective Hale, Fontana Police Department’s ICAC Task Force (909) 356-7156.

The Kehtai Culbreath case is one of three arrests this May involving high school teachers arrested for crimes related to child sexual abuse. William Maclyn Eick of Bishop Alemany High School was arrested in early May on allegations that he maintained inappropriate relationships with his female Catholic high school students. Diana Wendel Yniguez was arrested two weeks ago on allegations that she sent sexually suggestive text messages to a female student from Ramona Convent High School in Alhambra, CA.
Late last week, a popular Junior High School Youth Group Mentor was arrested for sexually molesting two 13-year-old boys associated with the Saddleback Church Junior High Youth Group. Ruven Meulenberg was formally charged by the Orange County District Attorney today for his alleged child sex crimes.
In all of these cases, detectives express a concern that there may be more victims.
